Martin Ferguson

Martin Ferguson is an English teacher at TOPS and a passionate advocate for inclusive, research-informed practice. A former Head of Department and Literacy Coordinator, he now supports teacher development through CPD delivery and NQT mentoring. Martin is also the co-author of See One, Do One, Teach One (John Catt / Hodder Education) — a practical guide to strengthening classroom practice through modelling and shared expertise.
