Individual vs Department vs School — what's the difference?
Individual — £8/mo or £84/yr, one educator — personal use.
Department — £30/seat/year, minimum 5 seats — admin dashboard access.
School — £450/year flat, unlimited seats — one lead user account.

What's included?

How do group subscriptions work?
You get a team admin dashboard to invite staff by email or CSV. Seats can be added or removed anytime as your team changes.

Upgrade, cancel, or transfer?
Cancel or change your subscription in Manage Account. Upgrades apply immediately, cancellations stop future renewal (access continues until expiry), and we can reassign accounts if your email changes.
